The earth-shattering sounds molded from the hands of J. Argueta have been melting faces in the tri-state area for fourteen years. His lyrics and lead guitar voicing are vital, lending sparkle and brilliance to the eclectic mix that is Remnant 11. J. Argueta seeks to be the path of least resistance such that inspiration can flow straight from the Source into the band's vibe.

Influences: John Scofield, Coltrane, Jerry Garcia, Clapton, SRV, Hendrix, Trey Anastasio, Damian Marley, Bob Marley, Groundation, Matisyahu, Bob Dylan.
Perfect dinner: Sushi

Christopher’s favorite thing to do in life is sing. That’s what God created him to do. He’s happy to be able to do so with a band.

Influences: Hillsong, John Reilly, My Brightest Diamond
Best Movie Song: Take My Breath Away – Top Gun

Jason’s first band experience was in 2001 when he played lead guitar for the rock quartet “Strange Brew.” After months of planning, the band fell apart after one member suffered from severe stage fright. After that sad affair, Jason started listening to less classic rock and more 80’s pop. When he heard Gary Numan’s “Cars,” he realized the synthesizer was his calling.

Influences: Duran Duran, David Bowie, Prince, Alabina, Joel Chernoff (pioneer of Messianic music), Greg Silverman (a personal mentor)
All time favorite song: “Heroes” by David Bowie

Jon first started classical piano lessons at age 5, and has since done his best to pick up every other instrument in the world.  His happiest experiences have always been with his bass.

Influences: Rock and jazz, “You can blame Victor Wooten for my soloing style.”
Favorite chord: “G minor 7th because of the harmonics”

When Sam was ten he began taking classical percussion lessons, which only lasted about a year when he decided he just wanted to “rock out.” He decided he would learn to play by listening to his favorite rock drummers, playing along to their band’s music. “I wanted my drumming to express my personal style and taste, while helping myself and others feel the music. In that same spirit I try to bring energy and creativity to every song, which has been a fun challenge with the development of R11’s unique sound.”

Influences: Originally John Bohnam, (Led Zeppelin), most recently Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Carter Beauford (Dave Matthews Band), jazz legend Buddy Rich.
Best Vacation Spot: “Tough call between Hawaii and Whistler, British Columbia. I love the cold from my ice hockey days, and the rush of snowboarding.”

Remnant 11 is the messianic fusion band proud to be bringing walls of sound to the Philadelphia area since 2005. The five versatile members have coined the term "Messianic Fusion" to describe their unique sound. Messianic Fusion combines Biblical and Messianic Jewish lyrics with musical styles that cut across cultures, eras, and genres, creating a unique interpretation of rock music.

R11 is dedicated to delivering an electrifying live show. Bass guitar and pulsing drums work the groove while a mix of acoustic and electric guitars provide the melody. The keyboard's synthesized layers add a nice sheen to the sound bringing it together for the vocalists. Remnant11 plays for purpose of glorifying the Creator of music, as well as bringing inspiration to audiences where ever they play.

The band has played numerous spots in the Philadelphia area as well as the Messiah National Conference in Grantham, PA.
